The local farmers market has always been a favorite event for me. When I saw Cindy Ostuni's poem about the market vendor, I immediately thought of the farmers markets in and around Syracuse. The markets are filled with colorful seasonal produce, plants, meats, eggs and more. Shoppers are often just as colorful. The farmers market and the flea market can be great places to people watch! Syracuse is wonderfully diverse and the markets give you a glimpse of its people. I hope my poster and Cindy's poem inspire everyone to visit the Syracuse markets.
