I reside in Syracuse with my wife Kristina, our two children, and several cherished pets. Over the years, I have had many writing and creative pursuits. I’m inspired by the intersection of things happening in the world around me with an exploration of other people's perspectives.

I have always enjoyed Eric Carle because he has been instrumental in our home. We read his books, play with his games and toys, and watch animations based on his characters. Looking at the world through the joy and wonder of Eric Carle’s eyes has been an integral part of our family life. Poetry provides a language through which I can share my observations and insights and recognize truths that connect people.
