    Luck of the Irish

I gravitated to this haiku first because of its reference to snow; in my mind Syracuse and snow are synonymous, and in order to depict the town accurately I had to include snow. Through my extensive research (God bless the Internet) I found out about Syracuse's Irish roots and its prominence in the Tipp Hill neighborhood. Depicting the green beer celebration, provided by Coleman's pub, seemed fitting for the text.
